The villa is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Cancun. We have direct access to the semi-private beach. You won't encounter waves of tourists in this area. Our villa has 6 fully equipped bedrooms, each one with a private bathroom. Cleaning service is included from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (If you have any questions about the cleaning service please ask)
The house was designed to enjoy with your group! it has amazing open spaces and magnificent views of the ocean.
Our living room is a triple hight area with direct access to the pool and hot tub.
The rooms are spacious and private.
The beach access is through the garden.
The house is located in a high end gated community.
No parties allowed
All guests must register
No extra guests allowed
No smoking inside the house
No events are allowed without previous notice
No loud music after 11 pm
No illegal activities (Prostitution or drugs)
Guests have the entire house for themselves.
It is a staffed house and we have a backhouse where Jesus and Tere live. They have their own quarters, kitchen, and living room. So they won't be in your area of the house.
Cleaning service is included from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm (If you have any questions about the cleaning service please ask)
