1. Reservation and Booking Policy

- By making a reservation with Be Our Guest, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

- All bookings are subject to availability.

- To secure a reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking and at least 30 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund with no penalties.

- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to check-in will receive a 100% refund.

- Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund.

- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date.

3. Changes and Modifications

- Changes to the reservation dates or property may be possible subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

- Any modifications to the reservation should be requested in writing and confirmed by Be Our Guest.

4. Damages and Liabilities

- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay.

- Be Our Guest is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses sustained by guests while on the premises.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

- Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

- Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

6. Guest Responsibility

- Guests are responsible for adhering to the rules and regulations set forth by Be Our Guest and the property owner.

- Guests should treat the property and its amenities with respect and follow any specific instructions provided.

- Be Our Guest reserves the right to request a valid form of identification, such as a passport, from guests if deemed necessary.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

- Be Our Guest respects your privacy and takes appropriate measures to protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Governing Law

- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Quintana Roo.

By confirming a reservation with Be Our Guest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
