2 Bathrooms Welcome to our new condo! It is in the heart of Cancun's downtown residential area. We offer a beautiful and stylish place where you can enjoy a relaxing time after a long day of tours. The building's pool offers a beautiful set up for relaxing and a hot tub to enjoy a cold night. Our condo has 2 fully equipped bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, nice living room with a smart TV and an enormous terrace with a dining area to enjoy a great meal with family or friends.
We are located in a walkable area of the city. This area is a high-end residential area of Downtown Cancun.
What will you find around us:
- Las Americas Shopping mall (10 minutes away walking distance)
- Hospital Galenia (10 minutes away walking distance)
- Walmart supermarket (10 minutes away walking distance)
- Several local and international restaurands all around.
- Only registered guests can access the building
- It is prohibited to hang clothes or towels on the terrace
- No glassware or glass bottles in the pool area
- Pool area closes from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
We'll be available for our guests if they need anything.
