2 Bathrooms Welcome to our new condo! It is in the heart of Cancun's downtown residential area. We offer a beautiful and stylish place where you can enjoy a relaxing time to enjoy your vacation. The building's pool offers a beautiful setup for relaxing and a hot tub to enjoy a cold night. The condo has a big terrace overlooking the city from the 6th floor. Enjoy an uninterrupted view of the city and its amazing sunsets. Contact us if you wish to have a chef's dinner on the balcony.
Our condo has the following:
- Master bedroom with attached bathroom and walk-in closet
- 2nd bedroom with attached bathroom
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Dining/living room with 6 ppl dining table, sofa, and smart TV
- Private terrace with dining table and sofa overlooking the city
- Private parking spot on underground garage
We are located in a walkable area of the city. This area is a high-end residential area of Downtown Cancun.
What will you find around us:
- Las Americas Shopping mall (10 minutes away walking distance)
- Hospital Galenia (10 minutes away walking distance)
- Walmart supermarket (10 minutes away walking distance)
- Several local and international restaurands all around.
No smoking inside the condo. Only on open spaces.
No extra guests are allowed.
All guests must be registered at front desk.
No wet clothes on the elevator.
No glass in the pool area.
No food inside the pool.
Our guests have access to the pool area and jacuzzi at specific hours. (7:00 am - 10:00 pm)
We'll be available if needed. We are always on our phone.
Our condo includes: bath towels, pool towels, and bed linens.
