Our condo is set up for guests, we offer a great property with all the comforts you could need for your vacations. We are near big malls, hospitals, convenience stores, public transportation and 15 minutes away from the airport.

-No parties allowed.
-No smoking inside the condo.
-Only registered guests can access the building
-Must provide the names of the guests staying on each booking.
-No parties allowed in the pool area
-Gym rules must be respected always
-The common areas (pool, sunbeds, and pool bar) are open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
-Loud music is not permitted inside the condo or in the common areas. Please respect the neighbors
-Maintain the common areas clean. Please use the garbage bins to place your garbage before you leave the common areas.
-It is prohibited to bring glass bottles or drinking glassware to the common areas. Especially in the pool area.
